dc.description.abstractThe genome of pseudorabies virus Ercegovac vaccine strain was anlysed by the restriction enzymes Bam HI, Kpn I and Bgl II. The results of the autoradiograms show that The Ercegovac vaccine strain contains a genome that can be classified as a das 3 DNA molecule. The analysis with Bam HI enzyme shows the loss of the Bam HI cleavage site between fragments 8 and 8'. The genome of Ercegovac strain has a deletion in the Us region.en
